Alkaline Solution Mixing System

For alkaline hydrogen generator, it needs alkaline solution for electrolysis process. Normally people use KOH or NaOH to configure alkaline solution. They are both strongly corrosive materials. To help customers to use hydrogen generator more efficient and safe, we design this alkaline mixing system. 
It can:
Preparing, storing and feeding alkaline solution to system
No electrical connection required
It comes with alkaline adding piping so that you can very easily feed solution into the hydrogen generator.

Main Features

Differential Pressure Regulator Upgrade
HG series of hydrogen generator is a low differential pressure system. Differential pressure regulator (DPR) configured on each side of hydrogen and oxygen in the system is used to regulate the differential pressure on both sides of the hydrogen and oxygen. The actuator from the fully closed to fully open only takes 90 seconds. 

Advantags, with DPR performance improvement:
1. the hydrogen system can regulate differential pressure in a shorter period. 
2. The system will be more automatically controlled
3. The system will run more stable.
4. The entire system does not contain any pneumatic components to save air piping, solenoid valves, explosion-proof boxes and compressed air tank which will make the whole system easier to operate and maintenance.
